Adrean Kwong

Adrean Kwong brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and experience in the construction and property development industry. With a Diploma in Quantity Survey from INTI International University & Colleges, he has honed his skills in project management, cost management, cash flow projection, and business development over the years. His success in his field is evident as he has been the Group Managing Director since 2015, spearheading the overall operations, business strategies, and direction of Lestari Group’s organization.

Notably, Adrean Kwong led the charge for a RM500 million mixed development project in 2017 and served as the Construction Site Supervisor for a project valued at more than RM100 million in 2018. Alongside his role in Lestari Group, he hold directorships in several other private limited companies, showcasing his extensive experience in the industry.

Adrean Kwong’s passion for his work is evident as he is actively involved with Lestari Group's property development projects in aspects such as project inception, planning, development, and marketing operations. With his leadership skills, industry knowledge, and experience, he continues to drive the organization towards success.
